If selected, you authorize Norscribe to create a homepage concept using the business information and permitted materials you provide, and to display that concept on Norscribe’s website, social channels and portfolio, and in Norscribe’s marketing, including paid advertising.
We may identify your business as a participating Brand Partner in the free design showcase, with business credit and your approved public details and links. That label describes participation in this showcase; it does not mean you bought a website or endorse every Norscribe service.
You retain ownership of your existing logo, photos and other supplied materials. This participation does not transfer ownership of Norscribe’s original design work or grant a right to deploy the concept. Any purchase, working website or transfer of design rights would require a separate agreement.
Permission to showcase the concept is given now; no additional approval is required for each showcase use. You may ask us to stop future showcase use at any time by contacting Christian at christianwiedmann@gmail.com. We’ll stop new uses and remove the concept from our website and other placements we control where practical; previously distributed or third-party copies may remain. If something creates a genuine concern, we’ll work with you to correct or remove the affected material from channels we control.
